The traveling experience may fill a person with a sense of adventure. As exciting as the experience may be, one may miss some of the comforts of home, such as a nice cup of coffee. Hence, I encourage you to organize a Personal Travel Coffee Kit (PTCK). My Personal Travel Coffee Kit
I presently have two different kits from which I choose. The first PTCK is quick to pack and organize, yet may get expensive because many elements are already prepared. The second PTCK requires more components and more detailed; it is more economical than the first. Furthermore, it yields a craft-flavored coffee drink. Compact and Prepared - Packets of instant coffee - Ready-made cups of half-and-half milk with cream - Packets of sweetener, stevia extract - Paper cups for coffee - A few napkins - A few stirrers - A compact cooking thermometer - A zip-lock bag for storing it all together Craft and Detailed - Snack-size zip-lock bag of fresh ground coffee - Small container for storing half-and-half milk with cream - Packets of sweetener, stevia extract - Plastic pour-over cone/cup and a few paper filters - One paper cup for heating water in a microwave; one or two paper cups for brewing and drinking the coffee drink - A few napkins - A few stirrers - A compact cooking thermometer - A measuring tablespoon - An insulated lunch bag or box for storing it all together In closing, a Personal Travel Coffee Kit is a great commodity to have when traveling. It provides the comforts of home and a good cup of coffee. Although this PTCK is tailored more for my stays at a home or motel, it works for me. Hence, I encourage you to organize your PTCK and cater it to the environment you will be in. Enjoy your coffee. Comments are closed.
